I have noticed that the back of the album cover for the British version of this album is different from the other 14 copies I have, from different parts of the world. Indeed, most of them are different from each other. In the bottom right hand corner of some there is a long number with a series of vertical parallel lines beneath it, of varying length and thickness... On some versions it is on the bottom left hand corner on others the right, and on one it is even in the top left! This number varies between 9 and 15 digits and the strange pattern is always different, and of varying sizes. What is going on here? UK Version is 9 digits, bottom left corner, 14 x 8mm European Version is 15 digits, bottom left corner, 18 x 7.53mm Australian Version is 12 digits, bottom right corner, 20 x 9mm US Version is 13 digits, bottom left corner, 18 x 6.5mm Canadian Version is 12 digits, bottom right corner, 17.5 x 10mm Russian Version is 12 digits, bottom left corner, 18 x 8mm S African Version is 14 digits, bottom left corner, 20 x 7.5mm Hong Kong Version is 12 digits, bottom left corner, 14 x 7mm Singapore Version is 9 digits, bottom right corner, 18x 6.8mm Irish Version is 12 digits, bottom left corner, 19x 7mm Japanese Version is 15 digits, bottom left corner, 20x 8mm Icelandic Version is 12 digits, bottom right corner, 15 x 8mm Danish Version is 12 digits, TOP LEFT CORNER, 20.4 x 7mm Mexican Version is 13 digits, bottom left corner, 18 x 6mm |
